Jay Brew, co-chairman of Seifried & Brew LLC,  is a community bank strategist who, through education and facilitation, assists directors and senior management to develop strategic thought for the future. Brew encourages proactive risk management, capital planning, and asset-liability management. Brew has served on the faculty of the Sheshunoff CEO Affiliation, and is a founding director of Embassy Bank, a leading community bank based in Bethlehem, Penn.
