Luca Cosentino is the Head of Onchain Finance at Cross River, where he leads the Bank’s crypto division, overseeing near and long-term strategy and leading efforts to unite fiat services, stablecoin infrastructure, tokenized credit, and AI-driven finance into a single, compliant ecosystem.
Prior to his current role, Luca held the position of Head of Product and led product development for Payments, Banking, and Lending. His expertise lies in product management, go to market, analytics, and engineering.
Before Cross River, Luca built the Oasis Network, the first privacy-preserving smart contract platform, now fully operational on the mainnet. His prior experience is in Product at Google, AmEx, and P&G.
Neil Chopra,
Head of Financial Markets, Fireblocks
Neil Chopra serves as the Head of Financial Markets at Fireblocks, where he collaborates with fintechs, asset managers, payment processors, banks, and neobanks to develop strategies and roadmaps for entering and scaling within the digital asset ecosystem.
Before joining Fireblocks, Neil spent over three years at Ripple, where he focused on advancing global payment solutions powered by digital assets.
Prior to his transition into the blockchain and crypto industry, Neil worked extensively with multinational corporations, specializing in designing processes and implementing technology within treasury functions, including cash and liquidity management, payments, and hedging strategies.
